Shull House Remodel | ||
| The Shull's are a growing family and they have a great location near Dreher High School. The problem was that they had a short house on a low lot, making for bad curb-appeal and not enough room for the growing family. Square One Design Service took all of their suggestions and planned a great new home. LaMotte Builders took the plans and turned this two-story home into a three-story masterpiece. | |||

| The transformation of this
house is huge. The Shull's had heard that LaMotte Builders
specialized in this type of remodeling (taking off a roof and going up)
and he proved his ability with this project. The house now fits in
with the rest of the neighborhood and is not hidden on the low lot. The
interior features raised ceilings, contiguous marble floors on three
levels and rooms designed just the way the family wants them.
The Shull's have a new kitchen, upstairs master suite and plenty of rooms for the growing family. Work continues in the basement and a garage and new driveway may be in the works this year. |
