This Chapin home needed a little more space and some updating. RSU came in and added a family room, pantry/laundry and breakfast area at the rear of the house, which opened up into the existing kitchen. The new family room came complete with a built-in entertainment center, a new wet-bar and a built-in wrap stand in the new pantry. The deck was redesigned to work with the new addition which works great for entertaining in the newly expanded space. | ||
