      Tiffany Sowards of Decorating Den Interiors was given a (large) blank canvas with this project.  Home builder Jeff Trieber with Builders Unlimited constructed this 7,000 sq. ft. house on Lake Murray and lived in the home with plans to put it on the market.  While living in the home, he decided it would be necessary to have it decorated in order to help in the selling of the property.

      Since this was all spec work that may or may not be kept by the final owner of the home, the budget for his project was unusually small.  Nearly the entire interior was painted and many walls have faux
painting.  There are many rugs throughout the home and various accessories and pieces of art and furniture.  Although this is not standard, the total money spent on this project was a mere $6,000! (Don't expect this price on your 7000 sq. ft. project)
