The owners of this property found a great lot and acceptable house on Lake Murray. Before the purchase, the family knew that the home was too small for their needs and that a major addition and some renovation would be needed. The family consulted with Square One Design Service to
come up with a plan for the home. Mark Bostic of Square One then referred the family to Remodelors Council member Tom Mayfield of TOMA Construction.
The original house was +/- 1,700 sq. ft. and the addition included a renovation of the original kitchen and dining areas, and addition of a bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms upstairs,
