The Moody's were interested in a sunroom off their kitchen that would take advantage of their view of a small lake. The designer started with a larger room that included a bath, but preliminary costs pulled the size down some and eliminated the bath. We will add a raised patio instead of a deck and of course, relocate the water heater. |

This is the tear out stage. The old unused fuel tank was removed from the site, and portions of the brick and cornice are removed. Care is taken not to pierce the interior of the home so as not to disrupt the occupants lifestyle. Construction of the foundation and floor system are seen below. |

Framing is well underway, and the windows are about to go in. The roof pitches are rather low (4:12) so the contractor is going to put some solid membrane roofing in the valley to ensure no leakage during rainstorms. |
